Welcome to Valo Vault ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Valo Vault mobile application, website, and related services (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old, and that if you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.
To access certain features, you may be required to sign in using your Google or Riot Games account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You may not sell, trade, share, or transfer your Valo Vault account.
Valo Vault is an independent companion app. It is not made, endorsed, or supported by Riot Games, Inc. ("Riot"). Some features connect to your Riot account to read information such as your store, collection, match history, rank, and friends list, and some features act in the game client on your behalf, such as automatic agent selection.
Valo Vault and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Valo Vault is a companion app and is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. Valorant and all associated intellectual property are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
Our App allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"), including in Global Chat, direct messages, friend groups, communities, profiles, and lineups. You are responsible for the Content that you post to the App, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the App, for as long as it remains on the App.
Links posted by other users lead to sites we do not control. Open them at your own risk.
To keep the App safe, you agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:
We may review, hide, or remove any Content, and we may act on any account, at our discretion, including when we believe these Terms or the law have been broken. Actions we may take include removing messages or other Content, muting you or removing you from chats, groups, or communities, resetting or removing Vault Coins, XP, rewards, or items obtained through a breach, removing you from leaderboards, and suspending or permanently banning your account.
You can report Content or users to us at support@valovault.in, or through in-app reporting where it is available. You may also contact our Grievance Officer (see Section 17). We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
If your account is suspended or banned for breaking these Terms, you lose access to your Vault Coins, cosmetics, and other virtual items, and any membership you hold ends. These are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise. Suspension or banning in Valo Vault is separate from, and has no effect on, your Riot account.
Valo Vault offers digital services, virtual currency ("Vault Coins"), and premium tier memberships (Plus, Pro, and Creator). Purchases are completed inside the Android app through Google Play. Where our web checkout at payments.valovault.in is available, purchases there are processed by PayPal. The payment methods and providers offered to you depend on your region and may change over time.
Prices, duration periods, and the total payable amount are explicitly displayed before you authorize any payment. Web purchases are prepaid, fixed-term entitlements unless stated otherwise. Cancellations, billing inquiries, and refunds are governed by applicable law, payment processor rules, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Memberships purchased through Google Play are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and continue to renew until you cancel. Billing is handled by Google Play, and you can view, manage, or cancel a subscription at any time through Google Play Subscriptions. If you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Memberships and Vault Coins purchased through our web checkout are prepaid, fixed-term entitlements. They expire automatically at the end of the period purchased and do not renew or charge you again.
We may change the price of a membership from time to time. Any price change applies only to future billing periods and never to a period you have already paid for.
If we increase the price of a subscription you already hold, you will be notified in advance through Google Play and given the choice of whether to continue. Depending on the type of change, the new price will apply either only after you actively accept it, or after advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before it takes effect, in each case in accordance with Google Play's requirements and applicable law. If you do not accept an increased price, your subscription simply will not renew at that price — you will not be charged the new amount, and your current paid period is unaffected.
Price reductions may be applied to existing subscriptions automatically. Prices shown on our website and in the App are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout, and may differ between regions and between purchase channels.
You can earn Vault Coins, XP, and other rewards through daily rewards, streaks, minigames, reward ads, and similar features. Reward amounts, limits, and availability may change at any time, and a reward is granted only once our servers have verified it. Minigames, including any feature that lets you stake Vault Coins, use virtual items only: you can never stake, win, or cash out real money or anything with real-world value.
From time to time we may award prizes, such as exclusive cosmetics, to the players at the top of certain leaderboards at the end of a month. Unless we announce different rules in the App:
Store contents, prices (including prices estimated from what other players have seen), stats, ranks, match data, esports results, and other information in the App come from Riot Games, other third parties, and our community. They may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and are provided for information only. Always check the game itself before relying on them, for example before making an in-game purchase.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Sections 3, 5, 7, 8.3, and 11 to 16 continue to apply after your access ends.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through our data deletion page, also reachable from Settings > Delete Account in the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with your device or with Riot Games' services, or that any information in it is accurate.
In no event shall Valo Vault, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, or any loss relating to your Riot account, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valo Vault and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your Content, your use of the App, or your breach of these Terms or of anyone else's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, the courts at Hisar, Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the App. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will update the Effective Date above, and for material changes we will give notice in the App. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
